Many roads lead to OSB AG – Welcome!

The application process

Are you a university graduate ready to start your professional career? Are you looking for an employer that supports you and provides opportunities for personal and professional development? Are you an experienced specialist with a passion for your work and seeking to prove your skills in exciting projects? Then OSB AG is the right place. We look forward to your application! Here’s how to go about it:

1. Your application

Compile your documents for us. Our Recruiters are there for you and will take the time to gain a better impression of who you are. So for your application this means: the more informative, the better! Which knowledge and skills do you have? What do you find exciting about the advertised vacancy and why would you fit well into the team at OSB AG? All of this interests us.

You can apply directly online or send your application to us by email. In both cases, you will receive your personal access data. You can edit your application at any time online.

2. Checking your documents

Your application has arrived. What next? Our experienced Recruiting team will take a look at your documents promptly and will contact you as soon as they can, depending on how many applicants have discovered OSB AG for themselves. One thing is for certain, however: We always retain an overview of our applicants and will get back to you as quickly as possible.

As soon as we can we will phone you. In this way, we can discuss the next steps, clarify any open points and answer any questions you may have.

3. Initial meeting

The first face-to-face impression is particularly important. And it is not only about our impression of you – rather, you need to gain a clearer picture of OSB AG, too. After all, you should feel comfortable at your potential new employer.

Our application process can be very short. However, there also multi-stage processes or selection via assessment centers. It all depends on which position you are applying for.

4. Personal discussion

Congratulations – you have already come far! And we count ourselves lucky, too. After all, we will perhaps soon have you on board as a new colleague. In personal discussions, we define what your future area of responsibility could like like – naturally together with you.

If you will be working in the team of one of our customers, you will get to know this customer in advance. In one or more discussions, you will have the chance to see if a potential cooperation is suitable for both parties.
